Cancellation and refund terms

Once a booking has been confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. Customers should verify the booking details, travel dates, pickup location, destination, and charges before confirming their reservation.

This policy does not promise a refund, free cancellation or a cancellation benefit. A request to change a booking is subject to the business's direct confirmation and does not alter the non-refundable payment term.

Before confirming, ask Shukla Travels to confirm the final quotation, payment schedule, applicable driver charges and trip-specific conditions in writing.

Customer-paid trip charges

Driver charges are calculated on a daily basis. The customer is responsible for the applicable driver food and accommodation expenses, toll taxes, and parking charges. Any other applicable fees must be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.
