1. Enquiry and booking confirmation

An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. The business will confirm vehicle availability, pickup location, destination, travel dates, payment schedule and trip-specific conditions directly. The final quotation and applicable charges must be communicated before booking confirmation.

Mandatory payment term: “Once a booking has been confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. Customers should verify the booking details, travel dates, pickup location, destination, and charges before confirming their reservation.”

2. Customer responsibility for additional charges

Additional charges: “Driver charges are calculated on a daily basis. The customer is responsible for the applicable driver food and accommodation expenses, toll taxes, and parking charges. Any other applicable fees must be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.”

The final quotation, payment schedule, applicable driver charges and trip-specific conditions will be confirmed before booking. Customers should ask the business to state which items are included and which are payable separately.

3. Itinerary and vehicle details

Confirm the pickup location, destination, dates, reporting time, vehicle category and return plan directly with the business. Photographs show representative versions of the models, not the car assigned to your trip. Ask Shukla Travels to confirm the exact vehicle and date-specific availability before booking.

4. Passenger and local access requirements

Customers are responsible for checking attraction, temple, park, permit, ticket, guide and accommodation arrangements unless a specific item is expressly included in the written quotation. Wildlife sightings, safari availability, temple access, road conditions and local operating conditions cannot be guaranteed by a transport enquiry.

5. Communication and changes

Contact the business promptly if the itinerary details need to be discussed. Any change requires the business's confirmation and may affect availability or charges. This wording does not create a cancellation benefit or refund entitlement.
